CHRISTMAS RETURNS
Our Christmas returns period will run from 22nd November until 11th January.
Any order placed from 22nd November onwards will qualify for returns until 11th January.
CHRISTMAS DELIVERY CUT-OFFS
As we step into December, our team is working hard to make sure your orders arrive in time for all your festive gift-wrapping.
Last recommended order dates:

18th December – Express Pre-Christmas Delivery for Europe / International
(Please ensure the Express option is selected at checkout.) -
19th December – UK Standard Delivery

20th December – UK Next Day Delivery
We do encourage you to place your order as early as possible to avoid seasonal delays. Our warehouse team is doing everything they can to get parcels out the door quickly, but once your package is with the courier, we aren’t able to speed up or influence their delivery schedule.
Please also note that our Customer Service team will be taking a well-deserved break from 24th to 29th December. During this time, we encourage you to monitor your parcels progress via the tracking link and contact the courier directly for accurate, live updates. We’ll respond to all messages as soon as we’re back.

If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason at all please do not hesitate to email us at info@pendletonwoolenmills.co.uk. Orders must be returned in original packaging within 14 days of purchase.
The customer pays for all returns and exchanges. The item you are returning/exchanging is your responsibility until we receive it. As a result it is recommended you send the goods to us with a delivery service that insures you for the value of goods. We cannot refund the cost of postage of the item you are sending back to us.
IMPORTANT: All items must be returned in the full original packaging, as well as, any protective outer packaging with all of the returns paperwork included for it to be processed.
Once we receive the item, we will ship your requested exchange item to you with standard delivery charges, unless the order was over the free of charge threshold in place in your country. Please allow 5 business days from the date we receive your return to complete your return or exchange.
For all credit card refunds, please note that all credits will be placed on the credit card used for the original purchase.
Please allow 7 to 15 days from the day you return your package for your account to be credited.
Allow 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.
