If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason at all please do not hesitate to email us at email@example.com. Orders must be returned in original packaging within 14 days of purchase.
The customer pays for all returns and exchanges. The item you are returning/exchanging is your responsibility until we receive it. As a result it is recommended you send the goods to us with a delivery service that insures you for the value of goods. We cannot refund the cost of postage of the item you are sending back to us.
IMPORTANT: All items must be returned in the full original packaging, as well as, any protective outer packaging with all of the returns paperwork included for it to be processed.
Once we receive the item, we will ship your requested exchange item to you with standard delivery charges, unless the order was over the free of charge threshold in place in your country. Please allow 5 business days from the date we receive your return to complete your return or exchange.
For all credit card refunds, please note that all credits will be placed on the credit card used for the original purchase.
Please allow 7 to 15 days from the day you return your package for your account to be credited.
Allow 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.
All sale items are final sale. Unfortunately we do not refund sale items, but you will be able to exchange if necessary.
