Pendleton Blanket - Opal Springs
These Pendleton Opal Springs blankets are robe size, which is the size preferred by Native Americans for ceremonial purposes and wrapping about oneself as a robe. These blankets fit perfectly over a double bed and can be used for wall hangings or just for cuddling up on the sofa.
Opal Springs
Near the tiny town of Culver, early travelers to Oregon found a natural spring with jewel-like stones. They named this place Opal Springs. This pattern uses a quilt-like arrangement of shapes to show the movement and beauty of those stones—naturally polished agates— churning in fresh spring water. Unnapped, whipstitch binding.
Felt bound. Unnapped. 82% pure virgin wool/18% cotton.
Dry clean. Made in the USA. 64" x 80" (163 x 203 cm).
